About Wishingwell Consulting

As a licensed independent clinical social
worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts,
 I've worked directly with underserved
populations in the community, and have been reminded almost daily that many people live without the basic necessities of life.

Once, while working at a community hospital,
I was put in charge of collecting pocket
change from hospital staff to buy a pair of
flip-flops for a patient leaving without shoes.
This was not a rare event. In fact, staff regularly opened their wallets to give patients things
they simply could not do without.

As time went on, I realized how important it
is to be able to connect people in need with
the people who can help; and that those that
can help are often missing the sense of
meaning and connection that planned giving
can offer. That realization was the seed that eventually grew into Wishingwell Consulting.

We hope you'll let us help you make a
difference in someone else's life -  and in
your own.
